Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara Safari – Explore the African Wilderness
Experience the thrill of a 3-day Masai Mara Safari with Dael Tours, starting from Nairobi. Departing at 7:00 AM from your Nairobi hotel, we’ll drive southwest, offering picturesque views of the Great Rift Valley along the way.
Upon arrival at the Masai Mara Game Reserve, known for its abundant wildlife, we’ll check in at a comfortable lodge/camp and enjoy a delicious lunch. Get ready for an exciting afternoon game drive, where you’ll have the chance to spot the renowned “Big Five” – lions, elephants, buffalos, leopards, and rhinos – in their natural habitat. Don’t miss the opportunity to encounter giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and antelopes as well. As the sun sets, return to the lodge/camp for a delightful dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Full Day Masai Mara Game Drive – Witness Nature’s Spectacle
On day two, you have the option to kickstart your day with a thrilling hot air balloon safari over the Masai Mara at an additional cost (subject to availability). Alternatively, set out early for a morning game drive, the perfect time to spot predators on the prowl.
After a rewarding breakfast, take some time to relax and soak in the mesmerizing surroundings of the lodge/camp. Following lunch, embark on an extensive afternoon game drive, exploring different areas of the Masai Mara. Visit the iconic Mara River, a witness to the awe-inspiring wildebeest migration (seasonal), and observe the crocodiles and hippos that call it home. As evening falls, gather around the campfire for enthralling stories and insights shared by our experienced safari guide. Savor another sumptuous dinner before retiring for the night.
Day 3: Masai Mara to Nairobi – Cherish Your Last Moments in the Wild
- Rise early for a final morning game drive, catching the breathtaking sunrise and making the most of the wildlife’s early activity. Be ready to capture those last moments in the African wilderness.
- After a hearty breakfast and check-out, we’ll depart from Masai Mara and commence our journey back to Nairobi. En route, relish a picnic lunch at a scenic spot or enjoy a meal at a local restaurant (own expense).
- As we arrive back in Nairobi, you’ll be dropped off at your preferred location or hotel, concluding this unforgettable 3-day Masai Mara Safari with Dael Tours.
