Arriving at Lake Nakuru, renowned for its abundant birdlife and rare white and black rhinos, we’ll check you into a comfortable lodge/camp. After a delectable lunch, set out on your first thrilling game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. Keep your eyes peeled for the vibrant pink hues of flamingos lining the lake’s shores, and the sight of majestic lions and graceful giraffes roaming freely. As the sun sets, return to the lodge/camp for a sumptuous dinner and a well-deserved rest.
Day 2: Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha Safari – Exploring Nature’s Oasis
On day two, wake up to the crisp morning air and indulge in a hearty breakfast. Then, it’s time to bid farewell to Lake Nakuru and journey to the tranquil oasis of Lake Naivasha.
Upon reaching Lake Naivasha, famed for its diverse birdlife and lush green surroundings, we’ll check you into a charming lodge/camp. After a delicious lunch, take a boat safari on Lake Naivasha, where you can spot hippos basking in the water and a myriad of bird species. In the afternoon, enjoy a nature walk at Crescent Island, encountering giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and other wildlife up close. Return to the lodge/camp in the evening for a delightful dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.
Day 3: Lake Naivasha to Masai Mara Safari – The Great Migration
As the sun rises on day three, savor a scrumptious breakfast before we continue our safari adventure to the world-famous Masai Mara.
Arriving at the Masai Mara Game Reserve, we’ll check you into a comfortable lodge/camp, where you’ll enjoy a delectable lunch. In the afternoon, embark on an extensive game drive, eager to witness the awe-inspiring wildebeest migration (seasonal) at the Mara River. The sight of thousands of wildebeests and zebras crossing the river is a once-in-a-lifetime spectacle. Keep your camera ready to capture this incredible natural phenomenon. Return to the lodge/camp before sunset for a mouthwatering dinner and a restful night’s sleep.
Day 4 & 5: Full Day Masai Mara Game Drives – Into the Heart of the Wild
On days four and five, get ready for a full-day safari experience in the Masai Mara. After a hearty breakfast, set out on game drives to explore different areas of this vast savannah, teeming with wildlife.
During your game drives, you’ll have the opportunity to spot the “Big Five” as well as cheetahs, hyenas, and various antelope species. Your expert safari guide will share fascinating insights into the animals’ behavior and the ecosystem that supports them.
